Amazing work and a well-deserved recognition for Kath.

Kath is our Business Administrator and has been with Bluebird Care for 8 years now. As a lot of Kath’s work takes place behind the scenes it can often go unnoticed by others, so this month we felt it was important to give Kath the recognition she deserves.

Kath has a varied role undertaking numerous tasks within the business from carrying out recruitment checks to supporting with quality and compliance audits.  She has an eye for detail and has exceptional organisation skills which she helps to instil in others. Kath keeps the rest of our office team in check and is always at the end of the phone to listen to and support our care team whenever they need it.
