What a great start to 2021, as we proudly announce Simon Bexson and Evette Jones have both been awarded ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for January.

Both Simon and Evette have been recognised for their consistency in delivering excellent care in a person centred way.

Simon has recently completed his Care Certificate and End of Probation with Bluebird Care and has shown a real passion for the role within this time. He has displayed a genuine care for the customers he visits, and in return has received several wonderful compliments about his work and attention to detail.

Evette joined our Uttoxeter team in November 2020, and although she initially struggled with her confidence she has gone from strength to strength and has proven to be a real team player.  Evette has been extremely supportive having offered to pick up extra calls during the recent bad weather and to cover periods of sickness, aswell as having battled the snow and icy weather conditions to ensure her customers received the care they needed.

Congratulations and Well Done to both Simon and Evette.  Thank you both for your hard work and dedication – you are an excellent addition to our team!!
