Lisa has been awarded due to her positive and caring nature, always bubbly and smiling, accommodating, considerate and kind too, which makes her not only popular with her colleagues, but most importantly with her customers.  She always ensures she gives her best to provide person centred care to each of her customers, always making them smile, laugh and putting them in a good mood.

As well as her outstanding level of care, Lisa has been so supportive to her team ongoing and has received nothing but praise from numerous colleagues.
