Our Annual Carer Survey Brings Positive Results

At Bluebird Care Stafford we recognise it is vital to listen to our employees so we can provide them with the opportunities and an environment to thrive.

We conduct our Annual Carer Satisfaction Survey as a way of measuring what our team really think, as they are the secret to our success, and enable us to provide a service that we are all so proud of.

Our latest Carer Survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role and would recommend us as an employer to their friends. In addition, 100% of respondents feel listened to and can approach their manager should they require.

Emily Jones, our Registered Manager explained:

“It is extremely important to support our carers in every way possible, from ensuring their work fits around their lives, as well as providing adequate training and offering a friendly voice on the end of the phone.  We are a close knit team and by listening to our staff, in turn enables us to provide an excellent standard of care to our customers.”
