It gives us great pleasure to announce our ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for February 2020 is Andrew Bradshaw.

Andrew has been part of our team for 3 months and has shown a huge growth in confidence in his new role within Bluebird Care.

New to care, Andrew has received a high level of compliments and praise for his excellent care, and his wonderful approach in supporting customers. Throughout Andrew’s probation period, we have received some amazing feedback and continue to do so!

In addition, Andrew has also been so supportive to his team ongoing - with his willingness to try any new genre of care even though he had no prior care experience.

Well Done Andrew, you are an excellent addition, as well as a real asset to our team and we cannot thank you enough for all that you do to help support your colleagues and customers.
