We are so proud to announce we have been shortlisted as Employer of the Year 2022 at the St Helens Business Awards!
We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted at the prestigious St Helens Business Awards 2022 for the category of Employer of the Year!
It is such as achievement for us at Bluebird Care to receive recognition in a category that means so much to us. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and without them, we wouldn’t be able to support the local residents of St Helens and provide high quality homecare across the borough.
It is important to us that staff receive fair wages, good rotas, recognition where it is due and the opportunities to complete further qualifications in health and social care to be able to grow and progress into higher roles such as supervisors, coordinators and management.
At Bluebird Care, we strive to deliver the highest quality training and have a dedicated training manager to ensure staff are properly equipped and have the knowledge to deliver the support that is needed.
The awards presentation will be held at the Totally Wicked Stadium on 30th September. Fingers Crossed!
