Continuing on from last year’s entry and win for ‘Commitment to People Development’ with the St Helens Chamber business awards 2018. We entered our company into the 2019 St Helens Chamber business awards and are ecstatic to announce that we have been shortlisted to receive awards in the below categories:
 
Customer Commitment Award
We believe in high quality home care being provided. This stems from our commitment to our customers and ensuring that they remain at the forefront of our core values. Our customer’s care is provided on a personal level and each care plan is tailor made for each individual. We continuously review our services and strive to improve to ensure that our customers receive the care in line with the key lines of enquiries – KLOE’s. Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-Led. We work closely with our customers and key people to enable our customers to remain living a good quality of life.  
 
Best Use of Technology
This category is based around the technology and systems we have in place. As above we strive on progression and improvements. This means that we review our systems and procedures continuously to ensure that we are providing a high-quality service. We have various systems in place to ensure that we are working ‘smarter, not harder’. Our care planning and recording is an electronic based system enables us to review the care based on ‘real time’. We can monitor call times and the effectiveness of the care being provided.
