Bluebird Care St Albans launched this service in 2019 to support our customers to remain independent in their own home. None of us like having to leave our own homes and stay in a hospital. Unfortunately there are times when this simply cant be helped. This is where our Bluebird Care Assist service comes into it own. Our Health and wellbeing checks help to highlight any potential health issues very early and with the right communication can prevent hospital admissions. This service involves a 30 minute visit where one of our care champions will carry our checks on your vital signs
- Blood Pressure and Pulse
- Temperature
- Breathing and Oxygen Saturation
- Alertness
- General well-being status ( questionnaire)
