Meet the team
Israr is a former Director of Sales in the Biotech sector. He holds a Masters in Biotechnology and has worked with Pharma companies, Hospitals and Universities at a global level. Israr believes his diverse business experience has allowed him to build a strong team at Bluebird Care St Albans.
Our aim is to go above and beyond customer expectations. We believe in treating each customer with dignity and to recognise their likes and dislikes, this belief ensures that our customers receive exactly the care they want.
Israr believes the best way to support customers and care workers is to know exactly what happens at ground level. With that in mind all our office team experience hands on care and go through the same intensive training as our care workers.

I believe in treating all our customers as individuals to ensure they get exactly what they want. We tailor the care to suit the customers personalised needs. As Care Manager I still enjoy doing hands on care, this allows me to stay in touch with the real needs of my customers and to provide them with the highest quality of care possible.

I firmly believe that if a job is worth doing, its worth doing well. My aim is to ensure this ethos is shared with all our employees. My mission is to ensure all our staff have the support and training to become the best. I want all our staff to have a real passion for care, knowing we are making a real difference to help vulnerable people live happy fulfilled lives in the comfort of their own homes.
