The Pass System

At Bluebird Care we are always looking for ways to improve all aspects of our care services. One way we put ourselves above our competitors is through the Pass System. The Pass System is an award winning care note documentation app, this app allows our care assistants to tag into a visit and log all notes in real time. This allows our customers family to log into the app as soon as a visit has been completed too read exactly what the care worker has done and how long they have been at the visit for.

Our Palliative Home Care Services

Bluebird Care was built with our customers needs and requirements in mind.  At Bluebird Care we believe a customer is mentally happier and healthier in the comfort of their own home, as at home they are surrounded by familiar surroundings and home comforts. At our in house training school, we ensure all of our care assistants, new and old receive specialist palliative home care support. We think it is important to ensure all of our Care assistants are aware of how to best provide for a customer and their family in their final days. If you would like to read more about our Palliative Home Care or Live in Care Services please contact us and a friendly member of our team will be happy to help.

Recognition To Our Outstanding Care Team

At Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford we believe the provision of an excellent Home Care and Live In Care service starts with our care staff.  Too often Care Assistants are badly treated, work in poor conditions, lack training and support, as well as suffer poor pay.  At Bluebird Care we feel care assistants are our greatest asset, and for that they should be treated with the same dignity and respect shown to our customers.  Below is a statement of recognition written by our directors, Tracey and Kevin McCormack. By embarking on a career with Bluebird Care, you too can expect a similar level of recognition.
