Recognition To Our Outstanding Care Team
At Bluebird Care we believe the provision of an excellent Home Care and Live In Care service starts with our care staff. Too often Care Assistants are badly treated, work in poor conditions, lack training and support, as well as suffer poor pay. At Bluebird Care we feel care assistants are our greatest asset, and for that they should be treated with the same dignity and respect shown to our customers. Clem joined us in April 2012 and is our oldest serving carer to date. Clem has recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Health & Social Care. Clem started off as a carer, senior Carer and has recently progressed along her career pathway and has been promoted to Admin Assistant in our Bluebird Care Office.

Our Palliative Home Care Services
Bluebird Care was built with our customers needs and requirements in mind. At Bluebird Care we believe a customer is mentally happier and healthier in the comfort of their own home, as at home they are surrounded by familiar surroundings and home comforts. At our in house training school, we ensure all of our care assistants, new and old receive specialist palliative home care support. We think it is important to ensure all of our Care assistants are aware of how to best provide for a customer and their family in their final days.
