Well done to Lucy Edmondson from Bluebird Care Southend & Rochford for going above and beyond the call of duty.

After one of Lucy’s colleagues had been taken seriously ill, Bluebird Care Southend & Rochford needed to make sure their customers were sufficiently covered for their care and Lucy volunteered to help out. She made sure customers had their scheduled timed visit at their home even if it was outside of her normal weekly rota. Each customer received their usual high quality care, all thanks to Lucy.

To say thank you for all Lucy’s hard work, coordinator Kelly Beal and supervisor Sam Reeder presented her with a lovely bouquet of flowers.
