It has been a challenging 2021, but what has proved to be positive, is our ability to adapt and thrive on change.
Bluebird Care Southend and Rocheford carer pathway has been introduced to provide five different levels of care assistant so that there is progression within a caring and supporting profession. This gives care assistants recognition for the skills and qualifications they have, instead of every staff member being on the same level and salary after passing probation, regardless of skills and experience.
We are proud to be able to reward our staff for their abilities and have outlined the five different grades of care assistant we have:
- Trainee Care Assistant
- Probationary Care Assistant
- Care Assistant
- Senior Care Assistant
- Community Team Lead
