Clem's 8 year work Anniversary

A big congratulations to Clem whom has recently achieved an outstanding 8 years service with the Bluebird Care Essex West team.

Clem started her Bluebird Care journey 8 years ago as a care assistant, working in the field Clems knowledge and clear passion for care stood out - she was a favourite amongst customers and she had a good relationship with her colleagues. 

Clem was promoted to senior, whilst studying for her degree in health and social care. In addition to these duties Clem is a mum of 3 young children, therefore you can imagine the dedication and the hard work that was needed to study, whilst working a number of hours in the field. 

As Clems knowledge and experience grew she was promoted to supervisor, and is now one of the most rellied upon supervisors in the group. Clem has a passion for excellent care and pays attention to detail, she makes time for both staff and customers to ensure all feel like valued individuals. 

Clems manager Jo Prebble said "Congratulations to Clem on her 8 years’ service at Bluebird Care.  Clem has worked her way up from joining as a care worker and now to her current position as Support Supervisor.  She is a fountain of knowledge and is very popular with both customers and carers."

Directors Kevin and Tracey McCormak also paid tribute to Clems service "Congratulations on 8 years Clem, you are a true asset to Bluebird Care Essex West and we are always impressed with your dedication to the service and your knowledge."
