We are extreamly proud to have won an award which recognises us as an employer whom takes care of their workforce. This award recognises that we are an organisation that invests in our staff through; development, additional training, staff wellbeing, opportunites and empowerment.
Bluebird Care has improved their induction and probation period by introducing a buddy system to support all new staff.
They have demonstrated how they value their staff by introducing "Health and Work Champions" to support staff's wellbeing and further have mental health first aiders across the organsiation for those that may require assistance in this area.
Bluebird Care have developed a culture which empwers people to bring ideas forward - and all ideas are listend to and recognised.
They further value staff by providing an open door policy with opportunities to further their education with on-going training and support, creating champions in specialised subjects.
