Our Palliative Home Care Services

Bluebird Care was built with our customers needs and requirements in mind.  At Bluebird Care we believe a customer is mentally happier and healthier in the comfort of their own home, as at home they are surrounded by familiar surroundings and home comforts. At our in house training school, we ensure all of our care assistants, new and old receive specialist palliative home care support. We think it is important to ensure all of our Care assistants are aware of how to best provide for a customer and their family in their final days. At Bluebird Care we believe our customers should have the right to choose where they wish to spend the last days of their lives. We will design an end of life care plan with you, tailored to your own, and your families needs. Our domiciliary care service will then be actioned to meet your specific needs and preferences.
