Meet the team

Kellie Woodcraft

Registered Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in 2017 having worked in care on and off since I was 17 years old.

Since joining the Southend and Rochford team I have worked hard to build good relationships with both staff and customers alike.  This has enable me to match the skills and abilities or the care worker with the needs of the customer, yielding maximum customer and staff satisfaction.

I consistently take part in regular training and I  am currently working towards my QCF / NVQ Level 5 qualification.

As office manager of Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford I oversee the professional and compassionate workings of both the office staff and care staff.

During my time with Bluebird Care I have gained my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and currently studying level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care management. I am a Trained Trainer in Manual Handling, Risk Assessments and Parkinson’s Awareness, I am also a Mental Health First Aider.

Charlotte Nardolilli

Supervisor

My name is Charlotte, I am a Supervisor at Bluebird Care, I assist our wonderful customers in all aspects of life, from personal care to taking them out for weekly shopping trips and everything in between! I started with Bluebird Care in January 2018 which was my first ever care job! I always thought I could never do care work as I didn't feel the personal care side of things was for me! I'm glad I took the jump, as I've been on some amazing training and the support you receive from the team is outstanding. I feel that since I started working at Bluebird that Care I have found my calling! I love everything about my job (well most of it!) but I really wouldn't be in my job if I didn't enjoy it. My most satisfying part of my job is seeing the customers being as independent as possible within the home and supporting as required! I have also, just completed my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care.

Bea Onu

Supervisor

“ I am a supervisor at Bluebird Care. I started working in care around 10 years ago as a part time job while my children were babies and have never looked back! I enjoy making a difference every single day and forming relationships with our lovely customers and Care Experts. I joined Bluebird Care in April 2023 as a Care Expert; I then was promoted to Senior Care and then Supervisor! Since joining Bluebird Care, I have received great training and am currently completing my NVQ 3 in adult social care. I am looking forward to progressing in my career within Bluebird Care”

I joined Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford in December 2022 as the HR and Recruitment Supervisor. I studied Sociology and legal studies at university and completed my degree in July 2022. I am new to the care sector, however, excited to use my skills to recruit new carers who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to all our customers. My transition to Bluebird Care has been very welcoming and I am looking forward to working in amazing care team.

It is important to us all that we dedicate our full time role's to the management of Live in Care for our customers and our Live in Care assistant's, to ensure this aspect of our business is managed effectively and to the highest of quality standards.

Live in Care is classed as a significant purchase, and whilst more cost effective than a residential setting the management of each individual Live in Care package requires a lot of time and attention.  If you would like to learn more about how we manage our Live in Care Package's and support our Live in Care assistant’s please navigate to our Live in Care FAQ's under the useful information tab on our website.

Whilst we are all well experienced in this service, we never lose sight of the difference we make in our customer's life’s. Being able to remain safe at home is a dream of many of our customer's and their families.  We work to make that dream a reality, ensuring that the customer is safe, happy and living their life to their full potential in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
