Bluebird Care Wins Bucks Business First Award for Excellent Customer Service

Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough has won the ‘Excellence in Customer Services’ award at the Bucks Business First Awards, with the team collecting the accolade in a glittering awards ceremony on Tuesday. The Bluebird Care team were also finalists for the ‘Best in District’ award, making it a very special night for the home care provider, recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC.

Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough has won the ‘Excellence in Customer Services’ award at the Bucks Business First Awards, with the team collecting the accolade in a glittering awards ceremony on Tuesday. The Bluebird Care team were also finalists for the ‘Best in District’ award, making it a very special night for the home care provider, recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC.

Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough has won the ‘Excellence in Customer Services’ award at the Bucks Business First Awards, with the team collecting the accolade in a glittering awards ceremony on Tuesday.

The Bucks Business First Awards celebrate excellent businesses in Buckinghamshire across all industry sectors, which have demonstrated a commitment to innovation, quality and leadership.  

The Bluebird Care team, which provides home and live in care to people in the South Bucks area, were therefore delighted to win in the ‘Excellence in Customer Services’ category, and to have its commitment to enhancing the lives and well-being of those it cares for recognised. 

The Bluebird Care team received the accolade on Tuesday 22nd May at a fantastic awards ceremony at the Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury. On receiving its award, the company was credited with ‘having clear direction’, ‘providing genuine care for both customers and employees’ and ‘being passionate about culture and social issues’.

As part of its submission for the awards, the local Bluebird Care team highlighted the pioneering new technology it has introduced, which enables team members to access customers’ care plans via a mobile app and receive important medical updates, in order to offer a more personalised and customer-focused home care service.

 Bluebird Care team members are delighted to have won this fantastic award, and are all now looking forward to continuing to offer a brilliant service to every single individual they care for.
