Masen Naidoo has been the proud franchisee owner of Bluebird Care Southampton since February 2025. With a proven track record of success as the franchisee owner of several other Bluebird Care offices including Mendip, Ferndown, Swindon, New Forest, Portsmouth and North Somerset, Masen brings a wealth of experience and credibility to the Southampton branch. His deep understanding of the care industry, combined with his genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, has earned him an outstanding reputation across the Bluebird Care network.
