This is a fantastic achievement for Tina, the care manager and her team, as it was their first Bluebird Care Audit.
Great news, Our Bluebird Care branches in Southampton and Totton have been awarded the prestigious Gold Compliance Award. Every year, our offices will get a visit from the Franchise Auditor to ensure that our personnel and customer files fully comply with the rules and regulations of our regulator, the CQC. This is to ensure that when we get inspected by the CQC we can be assured there will be no surprises. It also ensures we have the right care plans and risk assessments for our customer's care needs.
The Southampton and Totton teams achieved an impressive 90% audit score. This success is a testament to the high standards we uphold in our services and the consistent quality of care we provide to our customers. It reflects the dedication and hard work of our teams and managers to provide excellence, passion and commitment to improve what we do.
Our teams' achievements are evident in their daily interactions with our customers; demonstrating kindness, respect and a genuine concern for the well-being of those they care for.
