Congratulations to our latest inductees on passing our newly revamped induction course.
The new blended training programme combines online with face to face classroom and practical learning. Feedback from our new team members was excellent, some said that they particularly enjoyed the basic life support and moving and handling training.
Our Trainer, Rob Mackins, said: “What a great week! I am sure these inductees will go on to make great ‘Bluebirds’. I wish them all the best in their career.”
