Rose Crossman - Registered Care Manager
I have over 10 years’ experience in the care sector and have worked in a variety of roles throughout my career. This gives me a strong understanding of the important contribution every member of the team makes. I am passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting people to live independently and enjoy life on their own terms. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Claire Cobner - Care Manager
I have worked in the care sector since the age of 16, progressing from Care Assistant to Care Manager. With over 13 years in domiciliary care, I am passionate about helping people remain independent at home through high-quality, person-centred care. I also enjoy supporting colleagues in their development and maintaining the highest standards of care. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, travelling, visiting my parents in Spain and exploring new places

Adam Kerswell - Training and Compliance Manager
I have worked in care from a young age – you could say that care chose me. From the age of 12, I helped care for a family member, which inspired my passion for supporting others. I have experience across a variety of care settings, including care homes, community care, and as a Home Care Manager. I particularly enjoy coordinating care, creating rotas, supporting our care teams, and training both new and existing staff to deliver the highest standards of care. Outside of work, I have volunteered as a Community First Responder with the London Ambulance Service and was proud to support the London 2012 Olympic Games. In my spare time, I enjoy playing skittles at my local pub and have won trophies for the past 10 years.

Vicky Bresnan - Community Care Lead Wincanton, Castle Cary and Somerton
Vicky has worked in the care sector since 2011, supporting elderly people, individuals with learning disabilities, and those experiencing drug and alcohol-related challenges. She is passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care and building positive relationships with the people she supports. Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing in her garden, and travelling. She loves holidays in the sun and enjoys skiing whenever she gets the chance.

Kirstie Attwood - Community Care Lead - Yeovil
I joined Bluebird Care in July 2018, never done care before so this was an exciting adventure, during this time I have achieved my NVQ level 2 & 3 in health and social care. I love being able to provide person centred care and working alongside a fabulous team of colleagues/managers. In my spare time I love to attend my jiu-jitsu class, where I'm training to earn my black belt. Other than that I love to relax and do crafts such as cross stitch. I also love to spend time with family and friends either with a cup of coffee or a cheeky glass of wine!

Emma Rendle - Care Coordinator
As a Care Coordinator, I have extensive experience delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. I have worked across dementia, residential, and complex care settings, as well as within the NHS in Cardiology and Emergency Departments. I am passionate about helping people remain in their own homes for as long as possible and enjoy working closely with clients, families, and care teams to ensure the highest standards of care. Outside of work, I am organised, proactive, and committed to making a positive difference to the lives of those I support.
I've worked for this amazing company for nearly 5 years now. I start this job completely new to care. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and I have done many training course and nvqs, I've progressed so well and I'm looking forward to progressing further. They treat us staff and the customers like we are family! We go above and beyond to deliver the best care as possible.
