Bluebird Care (South Glos) Awarded Top Rating By CQC

We are delighted to announce that we have recently been inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and they have found that we are an Outstanding Care Provider.

The CQC carried out a comprehensive inspection of our service, speaking to 20 customers, and visiting a further 5, as well as a handful of care staff and the entire office team.

They found that we were Outstandingly Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.

Only 2% of home care providers in the UK achieve two Outstanding KLOEs, which gives an overall result of 'Outstanding'

The entire care team is delighted with the result, as it it signifies an official recognition of the friendly professionalism our staff display in making a difference to people's lives on a daily basis in South Gloucestershire.
