The Bluebird Care Fair comes to Chipping Sodbury Town Hall

Once again we have held a Fair to allow our customers and others to meet over twenty useful organisations that are there to support the over-65s.
Many people simply haven't heard of a great deal of the groups out there that exist to support them. Even if you are aware of an organisation, often life gets in the way and you never get round to contacting them.
Our events aim to bring the best of these groups all under one roof to make it as easy as possible to speak to the people that can do something to help.
This time the list of 22 stallholders included AgeUK, Well Aware, the Lions Club, the Alzheimer's Society, Remap, Avon Fire and Rescue, Healthwatch and Green Community Travel.
As always the congregation was treated to a performance from 15 members of the Ukulele Band of the University of the Third Age.
