Bluebird Care keeps the County Hydrated at South Gloucestershire Show

Whilst the Saturday of the inaugural South Glos Show may have been a little wetter than everybody hoped, the Sunday delivered plenty of sunshine

We handed out 100 water bottles to help people keep their fluids up as part of our summer message to stay hydrated in order to stay healthy.

Dehydration can have a major effect on your wellbeing, including leading to headaches and urinary tract infections (UTIs) which will land you in hospital and can significantly worsen the onset of dementia.

Well done to the organisers of the South Glos Show for putting on a great event.  We are very much looking forward to the next one.
