Bluebird Care Goes Green

Bluebird Care (South Gloucestershire) now sponsors Green Community Travel, which provides an incredibly affordable travel service to people all across South Glos

The two organisations now work together to enable people to retain their independence.  By not having to go into residential care, they can receive the support they need whilst leading dignified and fulfilling lives.  

The GCT vehicles can be used for shopping and lunch trips, visits to the doctor, seeing friends or day trips to attractions across the region.  The service offers a secure door-to-door travel environment to those who cannot access public transport.

Bev Leworthy, General Manager of Green Community Travel, would like to thank the passengers who have taken the time and trouble to show their appreciation of the service.
