Bluebird Care (South Glos) now sponsors Green Community Travel, which provides an incredibly affordable travel service to people all across South Gloucestershire
Green Community Travel provides an incredibly affordable travel service to people all across South Glos.
The two organisations now work together to enable people to retain their independence by not having to go into residential care, yet to receive the support they need to lead dignified and fulfilling lives.
The GCT vehicles can be used for visits to the doctor, seeing friends or day trips to attractions across the region.
