CONGRATULATIONS to Paula, one of our wonderful carers who has recently gone ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Paula has covered calls on her days off, which has helped our team consistently deliver an outstanding level of care to our valued customers.

Paula's name was drawn out of our Bluebird hat by Chibwe, one of our Care Coordinators.

She wins a substantial voucher for a well known supermarket chain. Well, every little helps....

Also in the running were Kayla (picking up an extra run), Rebecca J (providing outstanding reporting on customers), Sudanny (picking up extra shifts outside of her availability) and Zoe (swopping her day shift to evening to help).
