We are very pleased to announce that in October Bluebird Care Solihull has trained a third of their staff to be Multiple Sclerosis Specialists.

This is in response to Bluebird Care Solihull talking on quite a few customers with MS and we wanted them to receive care that was truly specialised. We also wanted our care assistants to have a thorough understanding of the condition.

MS is a condition that affects the central nervous system, approximately 100,000 people in the UK are diagnosed with the condition.

Steve Tarpey, Managing Director at Bluebird Care Solihull, commented:

Our aim is to train 50% of the staff as Multiple Sclerosis Specialists so that the customers who suffer from this difficult condition can receive the best care possible from us.”
If you would like more information on what MS is and the signs and symptoms then have a look at the MS Society website.
