We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspections in June and July.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over two days on the 14th June and 8th July and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Those that inspected us noted in their report overview that “people told us staff were friendly and caring and had the right skills to provide the care and support they required.”

Director of Bluebird Care Solihull, Steve Tarpey, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, passion and team work to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
