Our November Carer of the Month

Congratulations to Heeran for being nominated our November Carer of the Month!

Heeran has been outstanding in the care she has been providing to one of our customers, Mrs B, who has dementia. Her previous skills in working with people with dementia and her appreciation of the difficulties individuals face has allowed her to develop a real understanding of Mrs B's needs, the challenges she faces on a daily basis and how to adapt her approach to supporting Mrs B.

Heeran has a real passion for supporting those with dementia and is also a mentor to other carer assistants providing them with real-life, practical examples of the care she has provided and the lessons she has learned along the way.

Well done to Heeran and thank you for the oustanding care you provide, not just to Mrs B, but everyone else you care for!
