We are extremely proud to announce that we achieved “living wage accreditation” by the living wage foundation. This signifies that we pay our staff above the living wage of £9.00 per hour, a level that is required to cope with the current cost of living. Our staff are also on guaranteed hours contracts and not Zero hours so that they can get credit, mortgages etc. 
Looking after our staff is a key focus for us and the living wage accreditation underlines that.
