Carer Of The Year For 2018

This year, we gave all staff members and customers the chance to nominate for the person who they thought deserved the opportunity to win our carer of the year award, and we asked everyone to include a reason for their nomination.

We received a high number of nominations from staff and customers and it gives us great pleasure to announce that the winner of carer of the year for 2018 is Sameerah Latif.
Sameerah is a very reliable member of the team and has been a great mentor to our new starters over the year, we have a lot of positive comments from our new care assistants over the year which have been shadowing Sameerah.
Sameerah has had total dedication to her role as senior carer and her professionalism, eagerness for quality care and her dedication to her role has contributed to her recent promotion to Care Supervisor.
