The Pass System

Bluebird Care Solihull are using an electronic care planning and notes system.

We launched the Pass System back in 2016 and have seen substantial quality improvements since going live. 

The Pass System is a mobile based system which our care staff have access to through a secure app on their mobile device. This means our care staff receive live information regarding changes to a customer’s care plan which can include sudden changes to medication or addition tasks to be completed during our customers care visit. Once our care staff have completed a visit, they will then enter their care notes and medication records on their mobile device to allow ‘live data’ to be received by our office.

This marks a substantial improvement in homecare and we are proud to be leading the way, striving to continually improve our customer service. What’s also great about the Pass System is that family members can sign up to have access to their loved one’s care notes, this is especially handy to family members who live a distance away, meaning that they can check up on the health and wellbeing of their loved on after a care visit.
