July's Care Assistant of the Month

It gives us great pleasure to announce that the care assistant of the month for July 2017 is Hayley Lovatt!

​It gives us great pleasure to announce that the care assistant of the month for July 2017 is Hayley Lovatt!

Hayley has been awarded this as everytime we hear from her she is always very informative and has excellent communication, recording and reporting skills. On top of this Hayley very often works off her own initiative in the situations she comes across.

Hayley has recently been helping care assistants that are new to the care industry to gain experience out in the community by giving shadowing opportunities and passing on her high level of skills a.nd knowledge in care.

Hayley has also taken on the role of support supervisor and is assisting the office with spot checks out on the field.

***Since starting with Bluebird Care Solihull in 2012, Hayley has not had one single day off sick***

This is a remarkable achievement and shows reliability and true dedication to her job role. For this, Steve Tarpey our director has decided to award Hayley with a £100 high street voucher, in addition to the care assistant of the month voucher of £25.
