Today we have released the results of the Bluebird Care Solihull 2017 customer survey and the results are the best that we have ever achieved.

If you look closely we hardly ever stray into the more negative responses of sometimes/Never and in fact score 100% positive responses in nearly all of the questions. This is a great endorsement of our pursuit of quality in both the delivery of care and our customer service.
 
The summation of all of this feedback comes in the final 2 questions where 100% of customers who had previously had another care company score us 100% in the Far superior or Better categories and 97% would recommend us to a friend or relative. (3% Maybe).
 
There was also some constructive feedback from some of our customers and we will take that away and see what we can work on to improve our service.
