Care Assistant of the Month

It gives us great pleasure to announce that the care assistant of the month for June is Kay Legge!
Kay has been extremely helpful during the recent period of high levels of staff holidays and sickness.Kay has offered to do whole shifts on scheduled days off, including helping out with on call weekends. Kay is always very informative and has superb communication skills. Kay's care notes on the Pass System are always written in a personal centered way and Kay always comments on our Customers well-being. Kay has a fantastic rapport with other care workers, Customers and their families.
