We're delighted to share that the full report from our latest CQC inspection has now been published, and it reflects everything we're most proud of at Bluebird Care (Sheffield).
Inspectors found that people using our service reported feeling safe, a reflection of the trust our care experts build with customers and their families every single day. Our safeguarding processes were found to be robust, with the report highlighting the strength of the systems we have in place to protect the people we support.
The inspection also recognised our positive learning culture, one where staff are encouraged to speak up, share feedback and continually improve. Regular training and reflective practice sit at the heart of how we work, and the report noted how effectively we use these to keep strengthening the quality of care we deliver.
Being inspected by the Care Quality Commission is an important part of how we make sure the care we provide meets the standards our customers and their families rely on. This report is a genuine reflection of the hard work, compassion and professionalism our whole team brings to their roles every day, and we couldn't be prouder of what it says about the quality of care across Sheffield.
