Spring into a new career!

  • Are you looking for an exciting new career path in either a full-time or part-time role?
  • Are you interested in a position that changes lives?
  • Do you want to work for a company that invests in its staff, its customers and the wider community?

If the answer is ‘Yes’, then come along to our Recruitment Information Day at The Stag (Plaza), London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1ZZ on Thursday 19th March, 2020, from 10am – 12pm to find out about Career opportunities with us.

Vulnerable people in your area need your help!

It is estimated that the UK population aged 80 years and above will double over the next decade, however 440,000 people left the sector in 2019, and at any one time there were 122,000 vacancies nationwide!

This gap represents a significant opportunity for people seeking to secure long term employment, or those looking to retrain to acquire skills that will be in high demand in years to come.

About us

We provide daily homecare visits, overnight and Live-in Care, enabling older people, those with physical or learning disabilities or challenges with their mental health, to live independent lives in their own homes. Rates of pay are competitive and working patterns can be flexible to fit around other commitments. Training is comprehensive and supervision regular and thorough to ensure everyone succeeds. Care work can be challenging at times but can also be enormously rewarding!

The event will feature a number of short presentations including:

  • Welcome from the Director
  • Overview of the Company’s approach to Care and to career development from the Registered Manager
  • “A day in the life” from an existing Care Assistant

The majority of the morning will be "free time" to give you maximum opportunity to ask questions about working in Care, and about us specifically.

You will ideally be over 18 years of age and have a UK driving licence and a car you can use for work, though there are opportunities for non-drivers.

Previous Care experience can be advantageous but is not essential; attitude is by far the most important factor!

If you would like to know more, or to book your place, please contact Danni at the Sevenoaks office using the contact details at the top of this page.

You can also attend/share this event with your family or friends via facebook.

We hope to see you there!
