Craig Adamson
Director

Craig has been a manager in the care sector for over 15 years now and running Bluebird Care Sefton for the last 12 years. "I am very proud to be offering the highest standard of care to all our customers throughout Sefton.

We pride ourselves on ensuring we only employ the very best, naturally caring people to be our carers. All of our staff have a strong desire to care for others and make a career for themselves. We provide thorough training that goes beyond minimum standards and continues as long as they remain part of the Bluebird Care Team. At the heart of what we do is providing care to the standards that we would expect for our own loved ones.

Denise Lloyd
Care Manager

Denise has been a care professional for over 12 years.  She started her career at Bluebird Care Sefton as a carer. Her ability and enthusiasm saw that she was soon promoted to Supervisor and then promoted to Care Manager.

It has been a privilege to serve our local community, caring for our most vulnerable people throughout Sefton. I can now ensure that my own high standards of care are passed on to every new carer that joins Bluebird Care Sefton.

Denise is responsible for the safe and effective day to day running of the business ensuring all customer needs are met and all care staff feel well trained and supported.

Pamela O'hare
Supervisor

Pam has been with Bluebird Care Sefton for 5 years beginning her career as a carer. Her abilities and enthusiasm shone through and she was quickly promoted to Care Supervisor. 

It is fantastic being able to care for our lovely customers. Every day is different and full of emotion. I also feel very lucky that I can support our highly professional care staff in there day to day care tasks.

Pam is responsible for supporting the care staff out on the field though spot checks and supervisions and assisting the Care Manager in her duties. 

Nichol McDonald
Co-ordinator

Nichol is our Care Coordinator. Nichol's main responsibility is for the completion and maintrenance of the staff rotas. A very important role as she ensures customers visit times occur whern the customer wants them and that the staff visits aren't too close together or too far apart.
