The number of people living with dementia in the UK alone is expected to hit a staggering one million by the year 2025, and the Government, healthcare professionals, charities and community organisations are striving to educate the general public about the disease, it’s causes and how to support those living with it.

Dementia Diaries is part of the Dementia Engagement and Empowerment Project (DEEP) and works in partnership with Innovations in Dementia. The project has been designed to help raise awareness of what life is like living with dementia by publishing an archive of audio-diaries from people living with the disease.
