Wear it Beat it takes place on 5th February, during Heart Month. The day encourages people to ‘get red everywear’ in aid of the British Heart Foundation. By participating in Wear it. Beat it. we are helping to win the fight for every heartbeat by raising money to help the British Heart Foundation in:

  • Finding treatments that transform the lives of people with heart disease
  • Supporting over 1,000 pioneering research projects on heart and cardiovascular disease
  • Supporting BHF healthcare professionals to care for people

We will be wearing Red on Friday 5th February for Wear it Beat it, with all proceeds being donated to British Heart Foundation.
