This week, from 19 – 25 May 2025, Bluebird Care is proudly supporting Dementia Action Week, a national campaign led by Alzheimer’s Society to raise awareness and inspire action to improve the lives of those affected by dementia.

This year’s theme is focused on the importance of early diagnosis, a topic close to our hearts. At Bluebird Care, we know that recognising the signs of dementia early and seeking a timely diagnosis can make a real difference to quality of life. Early diagnosis allows people to access vital support, plan for the future, and take steps to stay independent for longer.

As part of our ongoing commitment to dementia care, we’ve launched a dedicated campaign to help families understand the signs, challenges, and next steps after a dementia diagnosis. A key feature of this campaign is our free dementia eBook, created by our expert team to offer helpful advice, practical tips, and reassurance to anyone navigating dementia—whether you're living with the condition yourself or supporting a loved one.

You can download the eBook for free here: http://eepurl.com/jctNZE

Our trained care teams provide specialist dementia care at home, tailored to meet each individual’s needs with dignity, respect, and compassion. From memory prompts and routines to companionship and emotional support, we’re here to help people live well with dementia.

Together with families and communities, we’re proud to take action this Dementia Action Week, raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and supporting people every step of the way.
