The National Support Team’s Quality function commended Scarborough for its excellent governance, robust care processes, and consistent commitment to raising standards. The outcome reflects an exceptional level of teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for providing outstanding support to customers.

With the Gold Compliance Mark now secured, Bluebird Care Scarborough is preparing to begin its application for the Diamond Quality Award. This award is based on demonstrating excellence against the respected NICE Home Care Standards, through the creation of a detailed portfolio assessed by the Quality and Compliance Committee.
