Katerina bought the franchise from Scott Browning and Fiona Ryder in 2018.
She brings over 20 years of management and Director experience to the business. Katerina has always worked in the Services Sector (recently in specialized logistics and healthcare communications) and is passionate about delivering top quality service in every company she has been involved with.
The business of Bluebird Care is a business of the heart delivered by people who have the training and tools to deliver the best care, in a safe, reliable and effective way. Having recently experienced the loss of my father and gone through the agonizing process of trying to find the right care for him, I became aware of how important the sector of domiciliary and live-in care is. When the opportunity to acquire Bluebird Care Rushmoor & Surrey Heath came up, we never hesitated. I am passionate about supporting and further growing our excellent team of carers to deliver an outstanding quality of care for customers and their families in the Rushmoor and Surrey Heath area that we serve. We want to be involved and help our local communities where we can, in whatever way we can. As Bluebird Care we aim to become associated with excellent care that we would choose for our own family and loved ones.
My name is Florie Eross and I have joined Bluebird Care 5 years ago. I have nursing background with solid experience and knowledge in the health care field.
The social care sector appealed to me as allowed me to continue my work and passion, to care, support and help others, making use of my knowledge and experience.
Bluebird Care attracted me with their ethos and passion for providing premium quality care, empowering people by promoting dignity, choice and independence, enabling them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. It did not take long to passionately join the team in their revolutionary mission to change the society's view about the home care sector and the perception of the care worker role. .
Bluebird Care Career Pathway enabled me to develop and progress continuously. Starting as a Support Coordinator, I was fortunate to occupy various job roles within the company and in less than 3 years succeeded to my current position as the Registered Care Manager.
Bluebird Care represents my second family, have met amazing people and built special relationships. I am very confident that we will succeed in fulfilling our dream to change the face of domiciliary care service.
Edwin has responsibility for the organisation and delivery of training and skills development within Bluebird Care.
He has longstanding experience within social care with roles as Care Manager, Compliance Manager and Training Manager before joining the Bluebird Care team in his current role as Training and Compliance Manager.
Head of Customer Support
I joined Bluebird Care three years ago. I had already established a career in caring and I liked the values which Bluebird Care presents. I started of as a care worker, moved onto become a Support Supervisor and then gained a position as the Head of Customer Support. With Bluebird Care, there’s always opportunities to grow in your career.
I really enjoy my job and embrace the challenges it puts forward. I ensure that all our customers and their families, have a smooth transition into care and that their care package is managed with as much ease as possible so that they feel comfortable and supported with the service provided.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading especially with a relaxing cup of tea.
