Homemade Facemasks created for our Care Team

There have been many inspiring examples of generosity, ingenuity and kindness demonstrated by individuals throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the height of lockdown when the demand for facemasks skyrocketed, Jennifer French, owner of the dress alterations specialist ‘The Secret Fitting Room’, very kindly got to work on producing homemade fabric facemasks for our care team to help keep them safe and protected.

All proceeds were donated to the World Health Organisation (WHO) in order to help fund ongoing research and deliver support for those hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
