Bola Sanni - Managing Director

Bola brings a wealth of business management and analytical expertise to Bluebird Care Rotherham. She began her career as a care worker in 2004, supporting elderly people in nursing and residential homes, before moving into business and data analysis, leading process improvement, change, and digital transformation projects within the NHS.

Despite how well my career progressed, I could never shake the desire to return to care. I feel genuinely privileged to lead a team that makes a real difference to people's lives every single day. Joining the Bluebird Care family has allowed me to fulfil a lifelong ambition, building a care service my community can truly rely on.

Bola is deeply committed to supporting people to live safely and happily at home. She and the team would love to hear from anyone seeking home care for themselves or a loved one or who would simply like to talk through the services Bluebird Care Rotherham provides.

Emma Brill - Registered Manager

Emma began her journey in care as a Care Assistant in 2014 and, through her dedication and compassion, progressed to the role of Domiciliary Care Manager in 2018. She oversees the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently maintained and that every individual receives safe, effective, and person-centred support.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is building meaningful and trusting relationships with the people we support. Supporting people within the comfort of their own homes helps them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life, while giving families the reassurance that their loved ones are safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Throughout her career, Emma has supported individuals with a wide range of complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, and end-of-life care. Her experience, empathy, and commitment make her an exceptional leader of the Rotherham care team.

Hilda Lawani - Senior Care Worker

Hilda is a deeply valued member of the Bluebird Care Rotherham team, admired by colleagues, customers, and the families she supports. Her dedication and warmth naturally led her to progress into the role of Senior Care Worker, where she ensures every visit runs smoothly and every individual feels truly supported.

Caring is more than a profession to me, it is something that brings me genuine fulfilment. I take great pride in providing comfort, dignity, and happiness to those I support, whether through everyday assistance or simply by offering kindness, reassurance, and a smile.

Hilda is known for being compassionate, dependable, and empathetic. Her approach is always person-centered, ensuring every individual feels valued, respected, and emotionally supported. Seeing the positive impact her work has on someone's happiness and quality of life is what motivates her every single day.
