We strive to make a big difference to the lives of our customers and it is wonderful when we receive a thank you letter to recognise the hard work of our team!
It was a privilege for us to provide care for customer Barbara and we would like to say a big thank you to her daughters Jackie & Joe for the lovely card and gift that they sent through to us.
The card had a lovely message that read:
I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, compassion and respect shown to my mum, Barbara, by everyone we came into contact with from Bluebird. She was treated with dignity and made to feel that she mattered. Also, I cannot praise enough the care, kindness and friendship shown to us, her relatives during this time. All of the staff, without exception, are wonderful human beings. We will never forget you!

In addition to the lovely card, Jackie & Joe sent a very generous gift box that was packed full of pens and tubes of high quality hand cream that were gratefully received.
Thank you so very much to Jackie & Joe for their thoughtful gifts and card. It was an honour to care for Barbara! I would also personally like to say a big thank you to every member of staff who I know makes a big difference to the lives of our customers. We can only provide a high standard of care with you!
