In our meet the team series, we are delighted to introduce you to Kayleigh, who is passionate about delivering an extremely high standard of care to our customers!
Prior to taking up Caring as a profession Kayleigh would visit residents over the weekend simply to pop in say hello and have a chat.
Kayleigh now has over seven years of experience in the care industry having started her career in residential care where she worked as a Senior Care Assistant.
I love the job - it’s so rewarding!
Kayleigh joined the Bluebird Care team as a Community Care Assistant before progressing to the role of Care Supervisor.
In her free time Kayleigh likes to meet up with friends and family and isn’t adverse to some occasional retail therapy!
I love my role with Bluebird Care the clients are a pleasure to work with and it’s an extremely rewarding job
