We want to say a special thank you to Care Manager Jess and Operations / Registered Care Manager Halina, who worked tirelessly to lead the team to achieve our CQC 'Good' rating!
Halina joined the team as Operations / Registered Care Manager in February and worked closely with Jess to make all the changes that were required to achieve this rating of 'Good'.
She is Registered Manager for our service in Hounslow & Chiswick and has over 36 years of experience in healthcare. It is this experience which she brought to the team here in Rother & Hastings.
I am absolutely ecstatic about the outcome of this inspection and whilst there was a lot of hard work that was put in, we have a brilliant team and could not have done it without them!

Jess took up the role of Care Manager just under a year ago and working in healthcare is something that is very personal as she started after seeing the support that Bluebird Care provided her father!
Both Halina and Jess lead the team with passion and are driven by providing an extremely high service to our customers. It is this that they have achieved and this is something that makes a tremendous difference to their lives!
